Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society
The Gulf of Georgia Cannery wanted to position themselves as a destination for historical and education lovers, but it was also imperative that the average visitor wouldn't find the museum boring regardless of their age, so I created a visually intriguing brand that told the story of the Cannery from an artistic point of view.
A combination of modern educational exhibitions are found throughout the historical space, so I drew inspiration from this to create a strategy that reflected the combination of new and old by using rustic elements found throughout the cannery, partnered with bold fun colours, typography and illustration.
